These digital fine art prints are new images created from a re-imagining of details that are cropped from my own paintings.
These details are modified by changes in color, texture, value, scale,
and transparency. Then they are layered over each other
The end result is an original fine art print on acid-free, 100% cotton
paper, using archival pigments.
In essence, there are 4 different media involved in my process:
1. Painting my original water-based painting,
2. Digitally photographing my entire original painting.
3. Digitally modifying a detail cropped from my painting via Photoshop.
4. Fine art inkjet print printed with archival, brilliant pigments on 100% cotton paper.
